Payment methods
- Deposit to a bank account: You can deposit the money for your reservation to one of the xxx accounts.
Agree with us on the exact amount and after depositing money please contact us with an email to let us know that the deposit has been made at info@zouzouli.gr - Credit card: If you have a MasterCard or VISA credit card, you can use it safely through the OnLine reservation system.
The credit card payment process is covered by the most modern security standards with 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all system pages.
Reservation policy
Advance Payment Policy
To make your reservation it is necessary to pre-pay 30% of the total amount of the stay within 3 working days from the moment of confirmation of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 or more days before the arrival date of the client-guest, the advance payment and the balance of the total amount are returned to him in case payment has been made
- 3 to 13 days before the arrival date of the client-guest, the advance payment is not returned to him but the balance of the total amount is returned in case payment has been made
- Non-appearance at the accommodation on the specified day of arrival by 23:00, 100% of the total amount of the agreed period will be charged.
- Departure before the agreed date is charged 50% of the amount of the remaining days.
Conditions of arrivals and departures
Arrival time: 14:00 (check-in)
Departure time: 12:00 (check-out)
If you leave the room (12:00 – 18:00) you will be charged an additional 30% of the value of one night.
If the departure is after 18:00 the whole day will be charged.
Personal data security policy
The Management of the accommodation undertakes that the personal data submitted by the visitors / users of its websites are used exclusively by it.
These details are never disclosed to third parties (with the exception of where provided by the Law and the competent authorities), but their personal nature is preserved.
In any case, however, the visitor / user of our website has the right to information and objection (including correction) about the personal data concerning him, within the framework of the legislation on the protection of the individual from the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Law 2472/97 as applicable.
